WellSpace is a managed retail unit that offers split rentals to massage therapists and wellness practitioners. As an automated building with no staff or direct communication, our communication platforms are crucial in addressing the needs of the therapists and managing their memberships or building-related updates. Initially, we relied on email for all communications but found it too clunky and unreliable. Switching to text messaging proved to be more effective, interactive, and consistent in reaching our audience.

The Business Challenge
